Geist is a Layer 3 blockchain developed by Pixelcraft Studios, the creators of Aavegotchi, specifically designed to enhance the gaming experience within the Aavegotchi ecosystem. Built using Arbitrum's Orbit technology, Geist offers sub-second transaction speeds and minimal fees, providing a seamless on-chain environment for gamers and developers. The platform is exclusive, with reward programs reserved for invited members, and only approved games and decentralized applications are permitted to deploy on Geist, ensuring a curated and high-quality gaming experience

Connect your wallet to Geist

Throughout this guide, we will assume that you are using the Metamask wallet since it is the one most people use, the process of setting up a wallet should be very similar regardless of the wallet you choose

1. The first step is to open Metamask and select the network icon dropdown menu

2. When the pop-up appears, click Add Network

3. The Add a network page will open. Add the following details:

Network name	Geist
RPC URL	https://geist-mainnet.g.alchemy.com/public
Chain ID	63157
Currency symbol	GHST
Block explorer URL	https://geist-mainnet.explorer.alchemy.com/

Once you're finished, click Save

1. You are now connected to the Geist network

Bridge to Geist

There are two main ways to transfer your assets from Base or Polygon to Geist Mainnet

• Official Arbitrum Bridge (GHST only)
• Aavegotchi Migrate (GHST, other tokens, and NFTs)

The Aavegotchi UI offers a convenient way to migrate all of your Aavegotchi assets between Polygon and Geist

Supported tokens:

• USDC

• Aavegotchi FUD

• Aavegotchi FOMO

• Aavegotchi ALPHA

• Aavegotchi KEK

The bridging transfer should take approximately 10 minutes, but it may take longer during periods of high traffic
